Over 530 students, parents and invited guests honoured our award-winning students, at this year’s Celebration of Achievement held on Tuesday 6th December at Elder Hall, University of Adelaide. We were motivated by the words of our opening speaker, the Honourable Blair Boyer Minister for Education, Training and Skills who acknowledged the key role that the School of Languages plays in the provision of quality languages education in South Australia. We were also inspired by a lively presentation from Ms Valeria Alonso, Director, El Ritmo and Mr Angus Acton-Cavanough from the Department of Foreign Affairs, who shared the huge impact that learning languages has had on both his professional and personal life. Congratulations to all our 2022 award winners!
