Subject Charges and Payment

  • Charges are set annually by the School Council and are GST free.
  • Charges are for the whole year, per subject.
  • Language subject charges are payable on invoice.
  • Invoices will be posted to homes or schools, as outlined below.
  • Charges are not refundable in the event of withdrawal from a course.

2021 Schedule of Charges

Government school students

  • R-10: $125
  • Years 11-12: $150
  • IB student: $150
  • Years R-7 International Full Fee Paying student: $720
  • Years 8-10 International Full Fee Paying students: $860
  • Years 11-12 International Full Fee Paying SACE or IB student: full year – $950 / one semester $475
Invoicing:
  • For all students who are studying a language as part of a full subject load, the day school will be invoiced.
  • For students who are studying a language in addition to a full subject load, the parent/caregiver will be invoiced.

Non-government school students

  • R-10: $125
  • Years 11-12: $150
  • IB student: $2200
  • Years R-7 International Full fee-paying student: $1150
  • Years 8-10 International Full Fee Paying student: $1250
  • Years 11-12 International Full Fee Paying student: $1350/ one semester $675
  • Year 11-12 IB student: full year -$2200/ one semester – $1100

Invoicing:

  • For local non-government school students, the parent/caregiver will be invoiced.
  • For International Full Fee Paying students who are studying a language as part of their full subject load, the day school will be invoiced.
  • For International Full Fee Paying students who are studying a language in addition to a full subject load, the parent/caregiver will be invoiced, to be paid prior to attending any classes.

Adults over 18 years

  • Adult student enrolled in another school: $150
  • All other adult student: $350
  • International Full Fee Paying student: $1350

Making payments

Language subject charges are payable on invoice, due within two weeks of receiving the invoice. Charges are not refundable in the event of withdrawal from a course.

Receipts will be issued in all cases.

Payments can be made in the following ways:

  • Preferred payment method is Qkr! Smartphone App downloaded to your mobile device (instructions will be provided with the invoice).

  • Phone credit card payments are accepted for Visa and Mastercard on (08) 8301 4800.
  • On-line bank transfer to our bank account:

  • Cheques and credit card payments are accepted by mail or in person at the School of Languages, 255 Torrens Rd, West Croydon, SA 5008.

Requests for payment by instalment, or for special circumstances to be taken into account, may be made in writing to the Principal.
