Students will:

  • Explore how the French café culture and language connects to local food and hospitality industries.
  • Develop skills for moving/working between diverse cultural settings.
  • Investigate career opportunities in the French food and hospitality industries in Adelaide.

 

This course has no prerequisites and will cater for students with no background in French. It can be taken as either a 10 credit Stage 1 SACE subject (1 semester) or a 20-credit sequence (2 semesters).

 

 WHERE: School of Languages; 255 Torrens Rd, West Croydon SA 5008

WHEN: Wednesdays from 5.00pm – 8.00pm

WHO CAN ENROL: Years 10 and 11 students from all schooling sectors

Adults under 21 on 1st January 2020

COST: $150 a year for Stage 1 students and adults enrolled in a school

$350 for adults not enrolled in a school (must be under 21 on 1st January 2020)
